Hi Jeff, a question I have asked a few times from different folks in this space.

Is the fact that there are only 10-15k full nodes running and anemic growth a red flag? From a network value perspective, this is what one should focus on or at least ascribe large weighting too.

Agreed, although I think the number is somewhat higher.

In addition, that number will rise as more people understand why it’s important and it becomes frictionless to run a full node.

Costs really are the issue right now for many people, without even considering technical ability. I always see this being glossed over but SSDs aren’t cheap for many people, not to mention other hardware and electricity costs.

We say that bitcoin makes the biggest difference for the poorest communities, but they are, unfortunately, the exact people that will never be able to run a full node in my opinion
