It's super stressful. Just got settled into the house I bought in August. It was a LONG process. Had to fire a useless realtor. Had two offers fall through. Had sellers basically vacate the house two weeks earlier than they said they needed, leaving me with a stack of logistical spinning plates.

It will eventually be a distant memory tho. Find a house worth all the effort.
