Whats stopping anyone from creating an exact copy of Bitcoin and just naming it differently and starting fresh?

Uhh... Kinda like doge coin, Bitcoin cash, BTC gold, fart coin, etc etc etc. different chains, same idea (and varying degrees of the same code/algo)
