Based on this video, it seems like your phone has some sort of lock on Primal, preventing a force close.
If you can somehow unlock Primal, this should allow you to close the app completely.
I'll try reinstalling it.

If it's not posting your replies as notes instead of replies, or crashing every time you try to type a damn note it's doing stupid shit like this.

If you access the Recent Apps view, and look for the “lock” icon above Primal, you can toggle it to unlock it which will allow you to force close Primal. Please let me know if that doesn’t work

I've uninstalled primal and reinstalled.
I'm sure if there was some setting to lock it that would have changed it back but no.
