I went down a bit of a Sandy Hook rabbit hole recently (as one does) and even though the whole "it was all fake and the grieving parents are actors" counter-natrative is retarded and utterly tasteless, the fact that something so crazy has been so heavily promoted suggests something a lot nastier is being covered up.

And when I say "promoted" I am referring to the fact that all those high profile efforts to stamp the story out seemed to serve now other purpose that to drive it into the consciousness of the mainstream.

It's also interesting that it was around 2020 that the media suddenly seemed to get so upset about people believing that such a high profile news event was staged. 🤔

It's probably nothing though. I'm sure we can trust the same people who lie about everything up to and including the damn weather to tell us the truth about such emotionally charged tragedies.
