How long did it take you to do an initial block download recently?
Trying to get an estimate or a range of days, since I know it depends on the type of hardware and strength of the connection

Thanks Jameson, when you say your ‘benchmark machine’, what kind of hardware is it?
Is it something the average pleb would use (assume not but idk)?
I am writing the 2nd edition of my book and want to give an average IBD time. I guess it’s pretty hard to do tho as both hardware and internet connection play a huge role… I could probably just say 1-10 days and that should cover most scenarios, would you agree?
