I feel like we're on a similar path of internal discovery with a desire to help others with our findings.

The biggest challenge I find is figuring out my dominant "hamster wheels". I can see the ones that used to be dominant but it's hard to know whether they're still active or just in disguised in another way.

I enjoy listening to your talk about specific examples in yourself or others. You have quite a different perspective to me, but it seems largely aligned.

watching the opening of the 'other' side of the wheel brings about so many questions like you said. There is a natural behaviour that happens but also a relearning of aspects you have never explored. For instance marketing - if you have never felt important enough to sell what you have created and then you become neutral to your importance... then you start to be more comfortable with marketing ... and that opens up so many new frontiers.
