To my understanding Iris uploads videos to https://nostr.build .. I can't tell though what the limitations are..

I don't know any other media hosting providers directly integrated into Nostr clients, such us Iris. I would suggest you get in touch with the nostr.build contributors (check the bottom of their webpage), if you want to learn more about potential limitations and such
