If no one is paying for the “free” healthcare you mean? Everyone should pay for their own healthcare bills in my opinion

I agree. Actually here in Canada there has been times I wish I could pay for my healthcare. Because the “free” version, isn’t the best. Grateful there is a “free” option though. My family would have cost millions if we were in the USA. Just wish I could pay for a better service when wanted.
Looks real expensive in the states.
I also think if we had to pay, there would be much less people showing up to the emergency with something that could have been treated with sleep or an advil. Or better overall life choices.
If you didn’t have free healthcare, you’d be able to afford to pay for your own healthcare more easily.
There would be less government misallocation of funds (ie brown envelopes,etc…)

I don’t see what’s wrong with brown envelopes. White envelopes are so privileged and have historically discriminated against brown envelopes for generations.
The brown envelopes are always late.
And they can’t drive properly
