Seems promising. However, as you noted, the insulin injections confound things. I also would like to see a 12-18 month follow up as well. I don’t think there is any doubt that fasting has benefits, no matter your health situation, but I remain unconvinced that it’s a cure. Hopefully, more research and tests come out.
