Are we ever going to get clarity on what El Salvador is actually doing? Are they buying? Mining? Just transferring from one wallet to another to act as if they’re buying?

The “fiscal sector” may be the distinction that allows the Country to continue stacking (or the IMF to look the other way and say, see success!)
