Does someone have a good guide on the different ways to setup your ⚡️tips ? Sometimes it’s a certain fixed amount, sometimes it’s changeable , I have seen use of ln.tips . There seems to be many different ways and methods. I’m trying to understand all of them .

So I was confused how this works in damus. Just tapping the lightning bolt results in a I guess “default” invoice amount usually 1000. But if you hold the lightning bolt it gives you options to set the amount. Apparently this is a function of the client (damus, snort , amethyst,etc) . I never investigated any other wallets since wallet of Satoshi just worked for now even though it’s custodial.

You can set a smaller default amount in your profile settings.

Wos is ok for now, i use it too. Just keep small amounts of sats in it. Small enough to lose if siezed by a ganster.
