Never take any advice from poor people about money. They are so unfamiliar to the domain, it hurts.

if money didn't exist there would be no poor people 😭

Fixed.

If money didn't exist there would be no rich people.

Being poor is the default state.

We are all rich until money is factored in.

How do you know if they’re poor? The only people I talk to are on nostr…

MASSIVE BIG BREAKING: there are poor people on nostr too.

I know because when I say poor to them, they become touchy and aggresive afterwards. Wealthy people just don't care.

I totally agree with you but I said it to make a finer point.

We don’t typically know much about folks when chatting virtually where as if I knew you from work or whatever, Id have a ton of hints about you.

-The way you dress

-The way you look (tattoos/jewelry/piercings etc)

Online you take things at face value when in reality, you might be extremely dismissive of someone yelling at you from a nearby dumpster. Just something to think about.

You probably don't know but in Turkey pretty much everyone is poor. Ofc I know that I am also not wealthy compared to many but trust me I don't make those comments for people what I dunno much about.

Also I haven't bought pants for the last decade so there is no way for someone to understand my financial situation.

These are just WORDS. I can say things here that I can't say in real life. If someone gets upset from what I say, it is sooo fine from my pov you wouldnt believe. Lets not offend from letters&words that we read.

Instead just think about what you just read.

Poor is an identity. I know people who call themselves poor. They'll never have money because it contradicts their identity.

I've had a low income for most of my life, but I never identified as poor. My son's friend made fun of my old Toyota. When people think I'm poor, but it makes me feel like Clark Kent.

I bet some people look at Jack Dorsey and think, "How sad. This guy with this huge beard can't even afford a pair of shoes." 🤣

I totally agree with you but I said it to make a finer point.
