It looks like an ad for revitalit or whatever it's called, it's like a vibrating thing to put your feet on when you're sitting, to increase blood circulation.

The ads are always some old people talking, sitting down, one is complaining about getting old and sore, the other is like "have you tried revitalift!!!!"

Then by the end of the ad they are both jogging together and the one who was complaining overtakes the other one, and then some random person at the park watching them run past says "they got their revitalift"
