I had been interested in giving Nostr a go for a few weeks. I finally took the plunge when I saw that there is now a WordPress plugin (maintained by an Automattic employee) which makes it easy to use a WordPress profile to verify a Nostr account using NIP-05. As you can see on my profile, the plugin worked exactly as expected. If you have a self-hosted WordPress-powered site, you can try Nostr verification for yourself.
