The scale of such an operation is the crazy thing to me. How could they covertly add *toxins* to 330MM people's drinking water, all in the space of a month or three? It would seem to require a level of coordination far beyond what seems credible.
They've been adding neurotoxins (e.g. fluoride) for decades and nobody cared. Humanity is easy to fool.
