Build, because I'm also tweaking it :)
Prebuild releases are not updated so often, while the development is quite active; it is better to compile from source, it is easy:

brew install rust
git clone https://github.com/mikedilger/gossip
cd gossip
RUSTFLAGS="-C target-cpu=native --cfg tokio_unstable" cargo build --release
strip ./target/release/gossip
