Looks like your relay list got wiped. Did you login to another client ?

Other clients can corrupt your contact list, we don’t have a way to recover it yet… there may be some microapps that do.
I used https://metadata.nostr.com/# to recover my contacts at some point. Maybe that helps. 🤞
