There were about 3 operations cloud seeding for over a week in the area ... the area was pretty saturated. West Texas Weather mod and S.O.A.R. were the others ... looks like "Rainmaker" likes being in the spotlight being 25 ... might find himself in an building with little light.
It just blows my mind how they denied weather modification stuff and called it crazy conspiracy theories and now they’re trying to deny blame for this shit.
