Blood pressure: 133/72 this morning

Very happy about it 💪🏽

Had a period of higher systolic value (~15/16) and came down to good levels ⚡️

Suggest you have an instrument at home and check regularly your blood pressure.

I fully agree with you 🙏🏽 Learning about your body is essential.

Still checking blood pressure from time to time though, as I come from slightly elevated levels.
