Orange pillers check price all day and act like they don’t know what the price is bc they are too cool and too zen to care lol it’s weird
No one would care about btc if it was still $1 . the fact that it’s $28k rn is the signal that is shooting loud and clear that the ppl that wrote it off early (everyone) were wrong. When it goes to a million, that will signal that the dollar is brrrrrring hard . The fire alarm has already been pulled by Balaji
I think a Bitcoiner thinks it’s intriguing to see how much cheaper everything is getting for them…as the dollar loses value
It’s all about purchasing power
Not only is it interesting but it is an exchange rate for how to budget my sats.
It’s basically my entire purchasing power. I can’t see how it would be in my best interest to root for it to go down, but then again, I realize they are larping and it’s not a relatable scenario for them. Misery loves company. They expose themselves when btc drops heavy lol
If you are rooting for down then you are either:
sitting on cash
need more time to attain cash
trying to influence so you can buy lower
retarded
The price on a day to day basis doesn't matter as much as the long term trend.
It is the scoreboard. If we are right, the runs should be accumulating over time.
The optionality/value that bitcoin stores (reflected in it's price) is a critical part of the incentive structure that is Bitcoin. The fact that the fiat overlords & scammers have managed to suppress price does not detract from the importance of it.
Stack the dips & celebrate the rips. It all matters.
