This is not by accident. There are funded organizations with boats operating in the Mediterranean Sea. They cruise around just off the coast of Africa. Tunisia, Libya and Nigeria.
So many migrants just need to get a little ways out into the ocean before they are "rescued" by the George Soros funded boast. Then they transport them to Italy, Spain, Greece as "refugees".
It is all a funded strategy to destabilize Europe.
