I'm trying to understand how strict or liberal are the laws proposed... Is the "ban" really absolute? No exceptions? How about the other side? Freedom without limits?

From outside it's hard to understand bc supporters of each side are screaming simple and absolute words without nuance. Hard to have clarity and discussions with slogans only. Cheers. :)
