-what does it do with people with/without NIP05 addresses? Does it use the address if there, and otherwise just the npub
-will it be 2 way? I.e. can we follow bsky accounts from here
-is it opt in/opt out or permanent?

and will it require adding a manual relay or will it just automatically find accounts?
bc the mostr bridge for ActivityPub requires a manual relay, so many accounts aren’t even bridged
