Institutions have value. There does need to be a reverence for legitimate human coordination. American government institutions as they were originally forged under a sound money standard are pretty dang good.

Can we increment to improve? Sure. But blowing the whole thing up because of how fiat money has perverted them? That seems to be cutting off our nose to spite our face.
