Will someone make a DVM that strips ads from podcasts in exchange for zaps?

I'm still puzzled why there isn't a service that allows the crowd to timestamp ads of podcast feeds so that players can auto-skip them.

I've thought of doing this many times but not sure I want to draw the ire of the podcast industrial complex.
