Everything on there is delicious but I would struggle to not eat any fish or meat.
Fibre is a scam. It's problematic for many people even in small amounts & is not required to move for through your bowels. Fuck broccoli
Nuts & seeds have anti nutrients (macadamias are ok). The lentils & legumes are a shitty source of protein & will likely give you gas when they ferment in your gut.
Where's the saturated fat? Where's the ruminant meat?
It's a no for me.
the benefit is probably not in the food choice but in the avoidance of synthetic "foods" although the
beneficial fats with regard to omega-3 are a plus

Watched a podcast with him. The no meat diet does not have scientific consensus. I’d much rather see him using a DNA diet based approach. I’d rather go with a more carnivore approach
