The DHS was created by Republicans under president Bush. It was the Republican parties first step towards the fascist state they've now succeeded in creating.

If Americans didn't want the Republicans to create the DHS and the fascist state,, they shouldn't have voted for them.

Americans literally voted for fascism because the fascists promised Americans would be allowed to be openly racist again. That's what they meant by Make America Great Again.
