I hit a cat today driving.

I saw it in my rear view mirror after hearing the thud.

It ran out of nowhere. It was unavoidable.

I turned the car around to check how it was, when I got there it was gone.

I took my eye off it for maybe 5 seconds.

Didn’t even get to say sorry.

How can I sleep tonight?

I’m worried that it’s planning revenge.
