I tend to agree with you honestly
I've talked to some local pilots here and they said it's normal
I just don't remember seeing them as a kid
And yes, don't worry, my focus is on much bigger things - and things I can control.
I just thought it was kinda strange at 6am
When we were kids airplane was 1/100 of how many they are now, but more than that they were around 80 tons and barely climbing... now they are 300 tons... 2 x the speed, 10 x the trust... air react differently to that.
When you see a trial, make some elementary math about how many tons of liquid are you watching... an airplane cant carry that... 8)
