Splits and streamed sats are pretty underrated in general. Imagine a manufacturer integrating that so the workers on the line get a % cut when the store moves product.

I work in manufacturing and I think about how much more productive the workforce would be if they got xxx sats per unit. Maybe we will see this one day...

Piece work is nothing new. Depending on where you are, what you're doing and how much of a burden your government is, it can be quite lucrative. Not always, of course.
