The faster one is able to get over bad events the better. This is something that I need to focus on lol sometimes I let the intrusive thoughts spiral downwards for too long. Nip them in the bud

Same. I think I let my anger linger because most of my circle doesn’t even acknowledge most events. Need to accept and move on/work around.
