It's from game/lore Warhammer. There's a whole clan themed after ultra religious zealotry (well, several actually...most, in fact) that includes this beauty among their heavy units.
Never played Warhammer - I figured you made that thing from scratch! Gotta admit there’s a good amount of folks that whip things up out of the blue - for instance, custom hardwood BitAxe holders.
