If they’re anything like the ones here in the South (decades ago some genius brought Russian boars to interbreed and make better hunting) they’re delicious. More like beef than domestic pork. AR-15 fitted with a thermal scope and suppressor bagged me 12 on my first hunt. Get some if you can.
I’ll have to improvise if/when they make their way to my neck of the woods. AR-15 is prohibited in Canada.
