What a lovely journal note. It would look even more beautiful with some formatting and maybe images and embeds along the post.

Habla allows you to do just that. Plus with Highlighter you could embed favorite quotes right into your blog. Moreover such content would be saved on your dedicated blogpost page and won’t be lost under millions of “kind-1” twitter-like notes.

This would require a bit of getting used to, but it’s surely worth it!

Hello Tony!

I tried Habla yesterday but had some problems... With my mum-brain, I get overwhelmed very easily with things that don't works as I wish. It's arlready a kind of miracle that I have been here already three days in a row ;-)

In fact, I can't add the relays in habla (" application error " ) so I don't get any notifications or even from my personal posts published on Iris.to.

But sure, you are right, ... a bit of text formating would be necessary ;-) I also hope to publish videos. thanks for the links. I am going to study it :-)

Hi Roxane, I see you are currently connected to 7 relays and they may not be able to efficiently broadcast and fetch a considerable amount of notes. As a minimum I’d suggest you to add the following three: wss://relay.damus.io/ , wss://nostr.mutinywallet.com/ , wss://relay.snort.social/

I would also get rid of some if you feel like this many connections overload your device.

A good practice would be also connecting to the nostr.wine relay and filter.nostr.wine. It is paid, but we’ll worth it’s money.

It’s quite a technical topic, but not as complicated as may seem.

As for Habla, it currently broadcasts notes to the relays you are connected to. Adding or removing relays on your preferred browser will change the settings for Habla as well. An option to change your relay setup on Habla is on the roadmap. Also Habla only displays long-form posts, so you won’t see the short notes or corresponding interactions there.
