Here’s one of my favourite photos taken on the approach trial from Zermatt looking towards the Monte Rosa massive. Our route to the summit the next day takes us from the Monte Rosa Hut straight up the glacier (look closely and you can even see the tracks) then on to the west ridge (PD+) to reach Dufourspitze at 4634m. Return via the same route makes for a great day out in the Alps ☀️🏔️⛏️🇨🇭
