4 ticks crawling on me in an hour of yardwork, thankfully no bites that I've spotted yet.

You don’t want to have a reaction like you are on flakka.
I use Sawyer Products Permethrin Its insect repellent for clothing. You apply it to your clothes and let it dry. It lasts for weeks and I’ve never found a tick on me while using it. Also, I’ve contracted Lyme’s disease and don’t want to go through that again. Even worse would be Alpha-gal syndrome.
I have to work tomorrow in a spot where I have had issues in the past. Just coated my shoes. It turns out I had half a bottle of that I was gifted once laying around that I had never used.
Dude, I have been battling leaky gut with the array of trigger foods. I got tested for alpha gal at one point because I thought maybe that was it. I was so nervous opening those test results.
