I think the "petname" field in NIP-02 could help with this, just need clients to start adding it to the kind:3

This happened almost a year ago with myself when I changed my pfp(it was a pic of my back only) to this one and people were exactly like this towards me 😂

Oh did you see it when I changed to Roger?

I was testing out universe since I was getting too much heat as a female, so I thought I’d change to Roger to see the response and it was fascinating to see how different I was being treated 😂
