Preserving electronics is short term thinking in a post EMP world.

Hydro and wind 'power' development (the non electric variety), iron forge, and survival libraries are significantly more important IMO.

It's not only about EMPs. It's about preventing devices from receiving or sending signals they shouldn't be sending as part of your opsec.
