I follow people but I get posts from literally anyone about anything. Where can I filter stuff out?

Followed hashtags are included in your feed.
Unfollow the hashtag or wait for nexr release which will have an option to show feed with poeple only.
That's what I was saying, that Ametyst does include the hashtags in the feed, and it's a feature I really like. I think other clients should follow.
