You setup a raspiblitz or run a node off of your home machine. But you use a mobile wallet app like Blue that can connect to it to move sats. Or a more hands on wallet app like Blixt.

Hmmm. Wallet keys still live on the node. Remote controller is the 'Wallet' in your explanation.
