Todays goal:

Understanding the problems that shape current leaders decisions. Just to have a view of whats coming.

- US has huge deficits, and current debt levels are not sustainable.

- US inflation is high.

- Other big nations are challenging the current world order.

- China is the biggest debtor of US, and also a challenging power.

- Many things are imported into the US, that would be hard or impossible produce inside the country.

So US needs to somehow restructure its debt.

US also needs to prepare for the case of deglobalization.
