They don't give you your nsec, their discovery will only show you people using zbd, their search (although it does actually say 'find anyone on zbd or Nostr') only brings up zbd user, but god knows, search for users on most apps is janky lol.

It looks like if you just put in a name, it will default to searching that domain, but if you search for a nostr address, you can follow across all of nostr

I searched out duck1123.com and it pulled up this account and I was able to follow myself.

Would be (deliberately?) difficult to do if you only accessed nostr via zbd and no other clients.
