Serious question, why doesn't that work?

Nutrional requirements are too high 40 days after birth for it to be consumed in one meal.

Or at least, I know of no successful culture, ever, that has found that to be doable/useful.

Japanese women traditionally ate 9 eggs a day + a bunch of carbs for example, something you can maybe pull off with intermittent fasting but not with one meal.

Of course most women don't at all consume the nutrition they actually need during those days now. So in that context: good question 🤔 don't know if they'd be better off.

Interesting, thanks.
