half serious. I don't understand why people pose in such dumb ways for youtube videos...
A long time ago people realized that people look at people more than they look at other stuff. So they started plastering faces on everything. One thing lead to another and the faces became more stupid.
I have the same feeling when looking at some of the YouTube thumbnails. They have hands on their mouth, creating a sense of surprise or astonishment. It looks very bad and out of place to say the least. So I can relate with you.
The most important thing to say about it is that it's optional and completely unnecessay for most people.
