Agreed - I always do about 10 grinds of salt in every 20 oz of water I drink. I also watch after the other electrolytes by supplementing with magnesium and drinking at least one LMNT electrolyte pack (which has sodium, magnesium, potassium) each day...maybe two if I've had a lot of exercise resulting in electrolyte loss through sweat.

Electrolytes will take care of any crampiness as well as headaches...both are symptoms of deficiency.
