I know we have all the tech in the world at our fingertips but nothing helps me remember details better than taking notes with pen and paper.

Same here but I feel like this a generational thing.

Laptops were not a thing until my university years. Nowadays kids are introduced to convenient note taking tools at an early age.

Using a remarkable tablet. Good compromise between handwriting and typing.
