I bought a Blockstream Jade with no knowledge of LBTC but I keep hearing more about it so I figured that I would look in to it as I like to test the new tech. So far I don't see a use case for it. It possibly just needs more adoption. If you have to pay fees to peg in I'll just use lightning via Strike purchases. Thanks for the info though I really appreciate you responding to this.

I've had it for a few months and it seems okay. I'm sure that it will do a lot more than just be a signer but doesn't seem to be any info on it's features anywhere. Like, why does it have a camera? How does that work? Even the YouTube tutorials just show the basic wallet setup. And it would seem obvious to me that you should be able to exchange BTC for LBTC right in Blockstream Green but you can't. I'm sure it because of financial regulation reasons but that would definitely be handy and make more sense. If you are thinking about getting one I think it's @`TheLOTSProject`on here has a coupon code. It came out to just over $60 with that and you can pay using Lightning.
