I don't think that is compatible with other wallets, which means you always need their app, or their recovery tool. I personally don't recommend muun to anyone.

Didnt know they are not compatible with other wallets. Well my main stack it there. Im screwed i guess

You can do a BTC transfer to another wallet, and only pay on chain fees. Relatively low as of right now too.
