The open web is dying. Among the major decentralized social protocols, AT Protocol (Bluesky) and ActivityPub (Mastodon), Nostr stands out as the most open and truly decentralized. It’s only natural that Nostr would become the bridge to the decentralized social future, the bridge back to an open web.

I’ve used all the Nostr clients, and I can say that they all have various issues—some more, some less. None of them are good enough to compete with centralized social networks or even provide users with a satisfactory experience.
